We offer free shipping on orders above £40 in one transaction. Depending on the size and weight of the order you have purchased will determine what shipping courier we use to ship your order. This offer is to UK ONLY.

Please keep in mind that delivery couriers are badly overstretched, and deliveries may not be on time, or delivered in the time frame that you paid for. We do ask for your patience during these difficult times as once orders have left our hands, the time of the delivery is out of our control. Parcel Force recommend using a 48 service for the time being, as there is no point paying for a quicker service when the odds are it will not be delivered in that time frame. Parcel Force also will return the order to us if you are not there to receive it. They simply do not have enough space to store the parcels at their local depots. Please keep a tight eye on your tracking number when using Parcel Force as your delivery option at checkout. You do not want to miss your delivery then end up paying a delivery charge twice.
We offer same day shipping. If your order is with us by 1pm at the latest Monday to Friday, we will post the same working day. We post at 2pm 5 days per week. Orders from a Friday (past 1pm) and all weekend will be posted at 2pm the following Monday.
If you place an order (past 1pm), we will ship it the next working day (weekends excluded).
Our company has business accounts with Royal Mail and Parcel Force shipping couriers, making sure our customers pay as little as possible for their mail. You are getting the lowest flat rate price possible for the weight in the cart as the above prices are either weight depending or flat rate.
NOTE* Please remember that ALL delivery times ONLY apply once the courier has picked up the parcel from us or from the post depot, not from when your order was placed and paid for.
All our smaller and lighter parcels (under 2KG) are shipped with Royal Mail. Everything larger and heavier is shipped with Parcel Force. Royal Mail services offer a confirmation number (like a tracking number only cheaper) so we know when a parcel is delivered or missing. The confirmation number is for our own use, not the customers use. The customer cannot track with it. Royal Mail tracked services are quite high in price, that is why we do not offer or list them as an option. Parcel Force services are all tracked mail. Customers can track their mail from the minute it started its journey, right to the delivery address.
We do offer free shipping on orders over the amount of £40, but it is up to the customer if they want to choose that option. When a customer picks the free shipping option, we will always use a 2nd class service.
NOTE* When filling out your postage address, its best to add both your mobile number and your email address to receive your tracking details of the shipment. Also, with your mobile number added, if we need to contact you for something to get a quick answer, it is much faster than sending an email, then waiting on a reply.
