WHEN DO WE POST?
We post 5 days a week, Monday to Friday usually early morning. Orders from Friday (past 9am), and the weekend will be processed on a Monday morning. All orders are processed within 48 hours (MAX) of payment received. Generally, we aim to get all orders processed the next working day, but please understand during busy periods these deadlines aren’t always met.
Our company has business accounts with both our shipping curriers, making sure our customers pay as little as possible for their mail. You’re getting the lowest flat rate price possible for the weight in the cart as the above prices are all weight depending. Please remember that these delivery times only apply once the courier has picked up the parcel from the post depot, not from when your order was placed and paid for.
All our smaller and lighter parcels (mainly under 1KG, or as heavy as 1.5KG) is shipped with Royal Mail. Everything larger and heavier is shipped with Parcel Force. Royal Mail services offer you a confirmation number (like a tracking number only cheaper). Parcel Force is all tracked mail.
We do offer free shipping on orders over £75 in one transaction, but the customer doesn’t have to choose that option for shipping their order. When a customer picks the free shipping option, we will use a 2nd class service with Royal Mail, or Parcel Force 48.
Parcel Force prefer your mobile phone number for sending tracking information over, rather than your email address. Please bare this in mind if using their services through us. Adding both email address and mobile number is best options to receive all their updates on your delivery.
